Ireland bird over ruins

In Ireland there are many stone walls and remnants of ancient churches and forts. I was admiring the stone work and remnants of buildings when a bird came soaring out of nowhere. I was pretty excited. After printing the photograph and seeing how elegantly the natural form of the bird contrasted with the rough hewn stone structures

Using black and white film adds some sense of timelessness to what is already a timeless scene
