Leaves Floating on Water

Leaves falling in and floating on water, A soft and relaxing, brown palette of color in and out of focus. So still and yet with a sense of motion.

I came across this scene at a local forest preserve. Reflections always catch my eye but in this case the small puddle of water and reflections it contained were an unobtrusive background to the fallen leaves.
